Improper response from Airtel Relationship Centre

I got a Post Paid SIM (SIM No 9902864795) for data card from Indira Nagar Airtel Relationship Centre, Bangalore yesterday. The staff told me that the SIM will be activated today (16/04) by 11:00 AM. Since, it was not activated, I contacted the customer care (both 9845012345 / 9845907070). They told me that the number is not yet registered and asked me to wait for some more time.

I tried to contact the concerned Airtel Relationship Centre (080-42042131), which was given by their staff yesterday for any query. The again told me that the number will be activated by 1:00 PM. That was also just for an eye wash.

Again I contacted them in the afternoon. However, when I contacted, the staff told me that he is dealing with only Blackberry and denied to tell any information (even the alternate contact person then disconnected). I tried to call several times after that, but they just lifted but did not speak at all.

I never expected that the Airtel customer care would do this, since it has a good name in the country. So far there was no solution.

These people speak so nicely when we go for get new services (Upto getting money). But after payment, they never do as they assured. I requested the customer complaints forum to publish this and take necessary actions, if possible.
