Recently I have recd a hefty bill of Rs 7500 for my internet usage. I know that this is not correct as my PC was actually now working during this period.
I called the customer service and registered a complaint for the same. I simply wanted to understand how can my bill be so high when PC was not even working. My complaint number is 34062666 on 19th June.
However Airtel has not bothered to help me understand the reason for this inflated bill. It can actually be an issue of national security as someone might have used my line. But again they have turned a blind eye and simple want me to pay the bill.
Given that I don't know the root cause of my problem, I am left with no option but to cancel my internet connection.
Airtel is clearly not bothered about customer service. the Nodal office number always rings but no one picks up the phone
What a shame. I think we should jus stop being their customers.
