I have acquired new internet & telephone connection on December 22 but unfortunately it is non functional since its acquisition. I have registered several complain regarding signal problem, connectivity issue, router problem, etc. but the results are negative. Concerned service engineers are closing complain without visiting site. It seems either they are not interested to resolve the issue or airtel is not committed for the services. I am really disappointed and also submitted request for terminatation of aforesaid connection with immediate effect. However there is no response for the same. Could you suggest path forward for the issue.
