Not receiving bill

I hold a corporate broadband connection with Airtel (080 41764268). For the past two months, I have not been getting the airtel bill. When I called up the customer care, I was told that my bills were delivered and was received by a person called 'Venketaraman'. There was nobody with the name Venketaraman in my whole cross. I requested once again for the two months bills. I was assured that within 5 days I will be getting those bills.

I called up customer care again to check the status of the bill delivery, I was told that it was already delivered to 'Mr Venkettaraman' and they cannot process another bill for me. In my complaint request to Airtel I have clearly mentioned not to hand over my bill s to any 'Venkettaraman'. I also talked to an Escalation Manager 'Mr Dileep Suresh' who told me the bill was aleardy delivered and cant help me further. I dont understand their escalation matrix. I called up customer service number again and asked to transfer my call to 'Mr Dileep Suresh''s supervsior and the call got disconnected.

The service of airtel is pathetic now. I want the original bills to claim for the telephone expense.

Even after repeatedly asking not to hand over the bills to a stranger, there was no good reply for Airtel customer care.

Please let me know how I can proceed further with this issue. Otherwise I will not be able to reimburse mt two months bill and will loose three thousand odd rupees.
