I am mobileholder of Airtel & the no is 8853265010.I was using internet/ gprs through USB modem with small [email protected] Or 99 & it was working very well. when I Again recharge @rs.450 Under unlimited facility for 30 Days Through transiction Ref. No.924323855 on dt.22.9.10 at8.49 AM. During this period, I have tried severaltimes to custemercare through phone with using no.9935007070 and 7070 and 198 and 12118 but they provided me different views i.e. no any activate vouchers on 22/9/10, breaking bulk SMS by govt. of India etc.
Working of gprs through topup with USB modem at present, not through Recharge voucher Rs.450 from 22/9/10.as stated above. In this way, it is necessary to say that the connectivity is connected through usb modem with topup and website is opening but connectivity is connected through usb modem but website could not opened through recharge voucher Ref. No. 924323855 on dt. 22/9/10.
Kindly look this matter immediate Or refund Rs.450=00 at 08/100, indira Nagar, Lucknow-226016 and send me our message to my mail [email protected].
