Product not working

I Anureet Ghuman from patiala received this altec Lansing dual doc speaker model no. M202AA. Today morning 24th Jan. But it's not working... Pls do replace it. Otherwise I will file acomplait. This is not done when we ppl order these product and have full faith but I'm really disappointed... Pls contact me as soon as possible
