Re- Refund of Rs 15998==00 order no 222257005 reference Number-11000340
Sir,
With reference to my email 22nd march to online suppourtbagit today and their email dated 24thmarch which i have been informed that Refund date 23rd march Order No 222257007, Transaction id 201103222074673, Refund Amt Rs15998=00 Which have not been credted in my SBI credit card and I have informed you accordigly and you have conveyed that I should confirmed from my banker in writting. In this regard I have informed you earlier also and I am again informing you that my SBI CREDIT CARD has not been credited in the month of March noe in the month of April as there is no such credit entry in my monthly statement of March and April. Kindly advise me the credit Rs15998=00. I am very sorry that you have failed to credit my account so far and hassaged me unnecessarly. An early credit/reply requested.
