Abbusive languages used by gaurds

On 15/10/09 at 9:30 AM a gaurd ouside th secretatriat branch, patna has not allowed me to take the transaction from the atm without giving any explanation. after that he has used abbusive language.

i need to complain this to the CGM, PATNA and want him to take immediate action against the gaurd.
