Dear Sir,

My Mobile got stolen in Local train at Goregaon

I dont have the EMI No. of my phone

Phone details - Xpress Music 5310 - Red Colour - purchased on 8th March _ Dombivli Phadke road.

I just purchased RELIANCE prepaid connection a month ago (8080764463).

Please advice me furthur procedure to block the mobile as well as sim connection.
