Failure of gift even after 1y

I had subscribed for one year subscription of national geographic magazine on june.

the company had promised a free gift of fleece jacket with the subscription which was supposed to be delivered within 6 weeks.

i have time and again communicated with the mumbai and hongkong office through mail and phone.

but till date i have not recieved the free gift
