Service is not Receiving on Time

We have complain in for servicing of domestic RO modle due to taste of water is change and required service and we submitted complaing no. 110409401 dt. 11.04.09 on ahmedabad phone no 079-39883333 and again remind on dt 24.04.09 and still pending

and this machine in annual maintance and always we received service after 10 days to continues fellow.

We are also mently distrub and if we drink normal water than what is benifit of instoll this machine.

We want to retun-back this product and also want return back of annual maintance amount
