Not attending AMC

I have done my service contract for the two years i.e. period from 23/06/08 to 21/06/10. with your Authrised Service Centre Dibrugarh (Dilip Singh Yadav) vide contract receipt No 10 15546233 on 22nd June.08.

It's been more than a year no one has come to do the service of the said mechine. In this regard I had intimated the concerned person over phone but no action has been taken so far from the service centre.

An early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
