I have purchased Aqua guard RO in October. When I have purchased, they have told that you will get four free service. But till date I have not received not a single service. On 04/08/08 at 11:00 a.m. I have made a complain on helpline number. Again I have call on 05/08/08 at 12:15 p.m.. I have got reply that they will arrange a person immediately. Again I have call at 6:30p.m.. I have got reply that there is no complain from me and they registere complain now, so someone will visit within 24 hours.
Aqua guard company is fraud compny. They will cheat the customer by giving wrong promise.
I will never recommend anyone to purchase product from Aqua guard.
