Dear Sir/Madam,

I paid AMC for one year in Vijayawada and at that time I have been assured that I can get my AMC transferred to any where in India. We shifted to Bangalore and I am trying to get service for my aquaguard since 10 days. I am calling up the customer care no. 08039883333 daily and getting fake promises like, we will keep ur request in top priority, we will surely send a person today. I am exhausted by all these things. If u don't have a provision of AMC transfer why do u trouble the customers? Now I am confirmed that people are dead in euro service and you can have a caption of 'service with greif' instead of 'service with smile'. Hope I will get service if anybody is alive till tomorrow.
