Dear Sir,

I renewed my aquaguard service contract for the period 21/12 to 20/12.(Contract receipt no-10-16044421). Now I've been transfered to Orissa on March 09.To install the aquaguard I called upon the Eureka Forbes sales representative at Jajpur Road, Orissa. That fellow installed the instrument and was paid Rs.200/-towards installation charge. A fuse inside the Aquaguard got broken during the transportation. I insist

him to replace that fuse with a new one and if it not comes under my service contract I shall pay for it. It is very much amazing that even a small fuse was not with him at that moment. He said to replace it later in one or two days. I've contacted him several times since 20 days but he is not even answering. Voltage fluctuation is very much frequent here. So the part is necessary to prevent any damage to Aquaguard.
