I had bought a Aquaguard Cllassic water purifier from M/s Himanshu Enterprises, Ballia (Uttar Pradesh) in 2007. My Aquaguard is not working since 2 month. After repeated complain finally their representative came to our home but did not able to make it in working condition. Actually their staff is not trained. When I saw that their representative will not be able to correct it, then I take my aquaguard to their Shop for repair. So many days has been gone but till now they did not correct it.
It is my humble request to kindly look into the matter so that I can get my Aquaguard in running condition.
