I purchased aquqguaed i nova on 13 / 2 06, at Suratgarh, Rajasthan, India.

purchase invoice no is 0822 dt 13/2/06, (which is by mistake it should be 13/2 / 2007 as my cheque no 994300 of ICICI Bk Amritsar branch is dated 16 / 2 / 2007 which confirms the mistake), while purchasing i was told that i will get free warrenty and service for rest of life of filter.

but till date i didnt get ay warrenty book / card as promiced, tried to contact sales rep Mr Khan (from whom it was purchased ex suratgarh franchise office) but went in vain.after repeated trials i got fed up and i spoke to mr sanjay gupta (ph no 919414089914) at main office at jaipur office but though he promised to look into the matter but nothing materialised, and on trying to speak again mr gupta didnt pick up the phone.

so much so of ur good services, i expect that some steps will be taken up for redressal of my greviance, of else i dont have any other option dut to seek legal help.
