Not attending the complaint

I had given complaint for routine servicing of aquaguard inova total model on 12th-Nov-09.But till now no body has attended the complaint. During selling your agent gives call at every 6 hrs, but during servicing nobody attends the complaint even in 6 days. If this is your policy then it is ridiculous. It is better to stop provide servicing.
