Candle changed on 7/9/09. Leaking since then. Complaint Nos. 55322323 ; 55351066.
Not repaired since then. Customer care informed that the complaints have been attended. Personal visit to Karol Bagh, Delhi office and met Mr Verma. I was informed that the computer system automatically deletes the complaints older than one month. probably to avoid bad reputation being recorded. However, he promised repair within 3-4 days. But now more than 10 days have passed without any result.
Repeat complaint No. 55766083 dt 23/10/09. Response: I was asked to visit personally to the office since the office is not supplying the parts to be changed.
