I am working in State Bank Of India.i purchased the above system on 10th Aug.2007 when i was posted at Bhagalpur (Bihar). Recently i have come to Mumbai on transfer. My above system has not been working since 30 days. I made online request to Eureka Forbes. Request ID is 81765960. The technical person came to my residence twice. Some parts of the system needs replacement. Till date nothing has happened. They brought the part but it was later found that this is not meant for the system i have. The attending technician gave one number 9322068723 to talk in this regard. The person having that number rudely told that " nothing can be done right now".
30 days no solution in sight. Can by posting this complaint, my agony can be resolved. Is someone at top out there can intervene?
