Amc for maintenance

I am having annual maintainance contract with eureka fobes company but even after making heavy payment in advance for maintainance the services are not given properly. For the last two days my complaint regarding complete break down goes unattended. I am unable to filter the water and complled to consume unfiltered water causing severe health problem to me and my family.
