Aqua Guard Water Purifier
No end to frustration!

Respected Sir/Madam,

With deep regret and concern I am stating my complaint regarding the invoice I have received from you. I have purchased a water purifier e boiling plus from your esteemed organisation with paying Rs 8500/- on dated 26.12.2006 from agent Arup Datta. After requesting many times for invoice I have received a invoice of Rs 6500/- of classic model.

It seems that it is "GROSS VIOLATION OF TRADE PRACTICE ". Same thing I post a complaint in internet around one month back. But till date no fruitfull result has come out.

Therefore I reuest you to return my surplus money you have taken with interrest immediately.
