AquaGuard Water Purifier Reviva
Poor Service

Sir/Madam,

We own Aqua Guard Reviva RO Water Purifier and have register a complaint with EFL DIRECT EURAKA FOBES LIMITED, Surya Kiran Towers, Secunderabad-03, #040-30527357 to 363.

Now over 60 days the water has started overflowing from the storage tank and inspite giving a complaint the serviceman are not responding.

The actual problem is the overflow of water from the storage tank in the purifier but the serviceman are telling to replace the tank.

So can u please see that the tank is replaced or reply to the complaint immediately.
