I purchased an aquagaurd RO water purifire on12.12.2009 and my customer ID is 1006633684 from Company's sales office at civic centre Jabalpur.
There were four free service coupans, each worth Rs 250/-against which the company had to give free services at regular intervals. Even after repeated requests the company failed to give free service at regular intervals. Now after 9 months on repeated complaints service team inspected the purifier and informed that the membrane costing Rs.2350/-, has been damaged and requires replacement. Since this item is consumable therefore not covered under warantee and has to be purchased as a fresh.
My complaint is that the defects/damage developed in the membrane are due to the failuare of the company to regulary attend the purifire for free services during the above period. But the company is not entertaning my claim.
I conclude that this is intentionaly done by company (not to attend customer for free services) just to increase sell of Memrane casting Rs.2350/- and if it is not so, then they should proportionately reduce the cost comensating for the free services not offered to me in the past.
