I was working with Aranca since Aug 07. I was on leave due to Jaundice since Oct. 14 08. I got a call from company's AVP on Nov. 6 '08 that I have been terminated on performance basis. Since then I have not received any communication from HR people. When I asked them about it on 21st Nov 08, they told that I have been removed on medical ground. In both cases since I have been removed with immediate effect I should get atleast a month's salary (which is also mentioned in the appointment letter) but they are now denying it and all my mails remain unanswered and whenever I call them I received harassments reply from HR. They have not paid a part of Sept. 08 salary, Oct. month's salary and any termination settlement. When I asked them to send me termination letter so that I will take legal help they have not send it since last 1.5 month. Infact they told that I can get relieving letter (just to escape from any legal battle) which is quite unethical since I have not resign from the post.
I have not received any termination letter or final settlement from there side.
I want your help as I am unanswered from there side and also I am getting harassment reply from HR since I told them that I am taking legal action against them.
