Phone disconnection

Dear Sir,

I really frustarted with Airtel customer care, this is the fifth time I am sending the mail regarding my telephone disconnection and please do't send a bill with some charges even though I asked one month back to disconnect my telephone and broadband connection because of I am going out of station.

I given a request several times but not proper reply.
