Broken cup

Dear Madam/Sir,

I had ordered a set of the above mentioned product. I received the parcel last week. I would like to inform you that one of the four cups was broken. what is the procedure to replace it? also, since the customers are paying for the packing charges, it would be good it you could take extra care for such items.
