I bought a security system from yur company on the above date. Your electrician performed a shoddy job, stole my electrical wires and disconnected by earthing system.
Your representatives, on my complaint, promised action but had failed so far to take corrective action. They have failed to keep seven appointments. Please look inoto the matter as this relates to your company's reputation.
