Non delivery of gas cylinde

It is regular feature of this agency to not provide the gas cylender (indane) on time. It books it after expariy of 21 days from the date of earlier delivery & after that it forgets about it. We can not check status on phines also as no body picks up. This time also my gas was booked on 3rd sep 2009 but till today ie 19 sept it has not been deliverd.

Strict action shall be taken againt such agency to avoid inconvinance to customers.
