We have Purchased Vitrified tiles from Asian Bath, Jagat Puri, Delhi.
The shop keeper told the price for Coral Vitrified Tiles 660mmx660mm @65 rupees per square feet.
one box contains 4 tiles, so the total is 18.7 feet tiles approximately, which he billed us for 1235 rupees per box, when we received the tiles after exactly a week i saw that its for 1100 rupees per box.
i asked the shop keeper that when my construction will be done i would need a bill for the goods i have purchased from you. he said yes to me that you can take the bill when my work is done.
today 14th april. i called the shop keeper to give me the bill for the tiles i have purchased which he agreed to give after paying 12.5% tax.
a. shall i take the bill at the access price he has charged, now i have paid and if i ask him to return me the difference amount he will never refund this i am sure of.
b. what can be done now? kindly suggest.
