Dear Sir,

Myself Laxmi Gupta having PF account no. DL/28727/12, applied for PF withdraw on july 16 to refund PF in my ICICI bank Acount (000701526383, but still i haven't recieved cheque in my Account.

Kindly, consider my case an d do the needful.
