On 09/09, I have used my ATM Card No.6220180224500085366 to withdraw a sum of Rs.4500/- from SBI ATM at CGO Complex, New Delhi. But the ATM has not released any cash and the amount has been deducted from my account. Immediately I have approached the Branch Incharge at SBI, CGO Complex, New Delhi and expressed my problems. He assured that the amount will be credited back automatically within 24 hours. But the amount not credited so far. Accordingly I have submitted an application alongwith ATM receipts to SBI CGO Complex, New Delhi on 10/09 for early payment. But either any reply or the amount received till now.
In this regard, I have also approached Consumer Care through telephonically on 19/09. They have suggested to express the problems to the following Phone No.1800114545 or 01123361070. But no one attend the calls even after trying more than an hour.
In view of the above, I am sending this mail to you for finding out the factual position. Also intimate, if SBI authorties has not able to return the amount within 12 days, how to claim interest for the aforesaid amount as directed by RBI.
