Sir,

I am k. pandit from jadugoda, jharkhand. I am a regular customer of STATE BANK OF INDIA, jadugoda, whose branch code is 0227. I have a Account (with passbook) no.-11080392558 in this bank. A few days (aimost 2 months) ago I had applied for an ATM card on this account no.in the name of my wife Mrs. R. Devi..But I regret to inform you that the ATM card has still not reached to me. Bank authorities tell that the ATM card has not reached to them also. I have enquired about the ATM card several times in the bank, but the bank officials donot give any satisfactory response.

It is my kind and humble request to you that please do listen to my compliant and please do something so that the ATM card is sent to me at the latest.
