On 10th of August all SBI ATMs link were failed. I tried to withdraw a sum of Rs 5000 from IDBI ATM . All process done systamatically but could not get any amount. Around 10 p.m. all atm linked up and I wthdrawn a sum of Rs 7000 from SBI ATM at kadma. After a week I went to withdraw Rs 3000 from SBI ATM at bistupur. I got a receipt of insufficient amount then I received mini statement and found false withdrawl of Rs 5000 dated 10/08.
Therefore, I request you to kindly look the above matter.
