This is to lodge my complain with great disappontment againest A to Z services. The details are as under
Nature of Job: Services
Job Descreption: To get my name corrected on Pan card.
Name on PAN card: Sujeet Kumar Lallan Mishra
Req. Name on card: Sujeet Kumar Mishra
Payment Amount: Rs 457/-
Payment rcpt no : 102, Dated : 25- Jun- 2008 (Duly signed by A TO Z authority)
Due Date : 12 July
Status as on date: PAN card not received
M/s A to Z Responce on follow up from my side :
1) No one in A to Z services is intrested to intertain my calls considering a customer, rather directing me to call their agent and get the thing done.
2) Use to put me on hold for longer periods.
3) Despite my repeated follow ups with Mr Harish (director) and Mr Ajay (executive) I had to tell the whole story to these people again an again, i.e no one seems to be working on my case as they had received the payment.
4) I have made several calls to push my case on following nos 9958995660 (Mr Ajay), 9971297373 (Mr Harish) and their agent 9717203969 (Mr Sahil) from My Cell No 9958603339 (Records can be checked if required) but no positive movement
5) Before lodging this complain I have send a SMS to Mr Harish (Director) regarding my this step. But I have received no responce, i.e, I don't think he is bothered about Indian consumer court.
I have incoured following losses because of A to Z poor sercices and dam caring attitude
1) I have gone thru tremendous mental torture.
2) I had to spend enough amount of money on Phone calls.
3) The act of AtoZ services has forced me to doubt on credibility of Indian service industry.
4) I had to listen non friendly unprofessional words from A to Z services
e.g (Me: " I will go to consumer court if I wont get my work done in time "
Mr Harish: " Do, what you can do ." )
My Request to the court :
1) An inquery to be conducted for Ligal existance of M/s A to Z services
2) An inquiry of their Advertisement method of pesting posters on Autos (where from I got their cell No)
3) If this is a registered organisation, I want their restration to be canceled / Penalty or what ever best in court eyes.
4) I want a compensation for my mental harashment as per norms of Court.
5) Please instruct M/s A to Z services not to work any more on my matter and to return the amount they have received from me with an Intrest of Min 9%.
