Amount of the ticket debited without booking

Dear Sir,

My name is Amit Kumar Gupta. I booked two tickets for dated 3rd Nov. 2009 from Gzb. to Knp. from IRCTC site. When after filling the information on IRCTC form, I make payment from HDFC bank, the confirmation report not came. But the amount Rs. 440 debited from my a/c [ Ref. no. 1019154910]

The ticket was also not booked.

Pl. help in this matter.
