Refusing and Abusing

Respected Sir,

I want to lodge a complaint against all the Auto walas standing opposite D-Mart (Link Road, Malad). They always refuse to take us at malad station. When we ask the reason they abuse us. Also there are many Auto walas at malad station as well who refuse to travel for the short distance. Now onwards i will note down the numbers of Autowalas who refuses and will forward the same to you. Meanwhile please do something for the same..
