I was with my wife and my 2 yr kid and had some household belongings. I requested the rickshaw driver for the his service till King George I E S school. This was a distance of minimum fare from the place I had asked him to come. He rudely refused and started speaking on phone with some one. I had to wait for some time with all my belongings, my kid and my wife for another rickshaw. Fortunately the other fellow agreed and I left from that place.
Serious action needs to be taken against rickshaw drivers who have HIRE meter but still refuse their passengers for paid drops.
