Majority of autorickshaw's in Mithagar Road, Mulund east, Mumbai simply refuse to take their passengers to a requested destination, as they want to ply only the Mulund Station and back route. The rickshaw number MH 03 D 7266
BLUNTLY REFUSED TO TAKE ME TO MHADA COLONY, roughly five minutes or so by road. When i was noting his number he boldly said yes please note the number and complaint against me in newspaper no problem.
So much is their confindence in our system that they know whatever they do they can get away with it.
Kindly do something to teach these ppl a lesson.
