I ordered for one Kitchen Queen brand Toaster (Product Code 931) and was given Order Confirmation No. 1900 35315. The amount of Rs. 490 along with delivery charges was charged to my ABN Amro Credit Card. The product was delivered but I found that there was a manufacturing defect. The toaster did not function at all. I complained on 2nd July and explained the fault. I was assured that the product would be replaced within 3 weeks.
I have got no response after that. Attempts to contact their call centre are in vain as they keep me on hold for endless minutes till I am forced to disconnect.
Need your help for a solution to this.
