Prod replacement

Hi,

i ordered a prod from AVA mercahndising p ltd last month i received the prod but in a damaged condition. i was so angry that i spent so much on that and recived the prod in a damaged condition. i called AVA and asked them to send me the new prod the rep on the line made me feel so comfortable and made me trust on them that the prod will we replaced on priority and beleive me after that i was not given a chance to call back any further till the new prod was sent to me i had a continous folow up with them as per they called up every day and updated me for each day. that was so nice of them this is what is called customer service... really appreciate you guyzzzzzzzzzz
