Cliam in icici lombard general insurance, given on the purchase of aviva policy, given by abn amro bank

Dear sir

here is rubina siddiue pathan frm surat state gujrat,

i have purchase the policies of aviva life insurance in 2005 sum in the name of my husband n my self aswel

after the purchase of aviva policies abn amro has given general insuranse of icici lombard as a gift.n told us that as we pay the premium all the year this insurence will be renewed automatically n it was suppose to be paid by abn amro bank

but unforutnatly my husband had n heart attack n was gone through angioplasty n was cost around

3 lack rupees, as we wer having 3 policies n insurence was we did not took any other insurance, n as we filed the paper to claim the insurance they said that it was just 2 months to take the policy, it cannot be claimed

but the 2ed years my husband again had some conjuction n had to go for 2ed angioplasty n it was done in baroda heart hospital in baroda,

n again it cost me aprox 3 lacks repees

but this time after a month recovering my husband health i files my claim in icici lombard

talking the status on the phone, a girl called AKANSHA RATHOD was in contact wit me asking for all the

necessary pappers n i submitted the papper personally at icici lombard office at mahalaxmi asking the status of my policy.

but after a week they had asked me the renewl of the insurance, n i email them for it at

icici lombard, n abn amro bank as wel.

this procces took almost 1 n half year

n 1 day they finally {icici lombard}send me the letter of policy is expired.

witout sending me any intimation of expiry or calling me neither icici nor abn amro bank.

for that we r in consumer court since 1 year neither icici nor aviva nor abn amro bank is taking responcibilty, i have conversation wit aviva by email, they replied me they r not aware of any thing like this.

now the final problem

after the up n downs in sensex we r getting the excart amount wic we have invested for 5 years

not even intrest.

so we decide to surrender all the policies, n we did it

policies on my were surrender n was send cheack to me, but they have hold my husband policies

n telling u have to wait till the decision cums from consumer forum as i told above they gave reply that they r not involved n dont know any thing abt this, how can they hold my surrender of the policies

now pl guied me wat should i do

i m going throug harresment, as wel as mental torture since 5 yrears.
