I have paid Rs.20000/- for a Retirement Policy of Aviva Life Insurance. The amount has been debited from my Account on 14.08.07. But inspite of repeated remainders no action has yet been taken. Since no action has been taken in 7 months I have requested the Co to refund the amount with Interest 15 days back. But all in vain. You are requested to look into the case and arrange to refund the amount immediately.
