Not received my ATM card

Sir/Madam

I have a joint account with my father in Axis Bank. Acc no is 154010100112161.His ID no is 154014686.

We had applied for the ATM cards. My father has got it way back in October, but i didn't get it due to some technical problems. We had applied for the card in the TAMLUK branch of Axis Bank, West Bengal.

So i was told to make a fresh application by Mr Sumit Pakhira of TAMLUK branch. I applied for it again on 26/12/07. Till date i have not received it. And also Mr Pakhira's behaviour towards us has been of utter negleigence. His attitude is total callous to say the least. Kindly look into the matter and let me know the status of my ATM card and when will i get it. After all Axis Bank has such a high reputation here, that I expect it to look into this apparently petty matter but which is of high importance to me.
