Through our bank statement that we have been charged an amount of Rs.28678/- for not maintaining the minimum balance of Rs.1000000.
We regret to inform you that at the point of opening the account your representative did not inform us at all of the minimum balance of the amount as rs.1000000. as we were not aware of that amount we request you to waive off Rs.28678/- charges.
We already submitted applications in Dated-24/01 & 22/03 but we did not credit any amount yet & not any satisfied answer.
