Irresonsible attitude and arrogance

Dear Officer

I was informed by AXIS Bank, by a SMS, which I received at 8.30 a.m.on 24/12 saying that my credit card has been despatched via ExpressIt (Waybill8069328632) and that it would be delivered within 72 hours.

Since there is nobody at home (I C, Tulip, Skyline Apartments, Petta, Ernakulam) as my family had gone to Calicut for XMas vacation, I called up your Ernakulam office and asked about the consignment. One person who attented my call said the delivdry boy had gone and your article has not been taken by him and would deliver it tomorrow. The I asked him whether I can collect it from your office, he replied positive on a condition that I produce my ID, in original. I said I have my Pan card and my Driving License, which he said is enough.

It was with great difficulty that I drove my car all the way from South to North and found the office after repeated consultation with your office. But, so far it was fine till your man there told me that the material is yet to come. Then I was literally lost and asked him why then you told me to come over and collect the card. He said the man who attended your call has gone and it may be due to mistake. I said it was most irresponsible on your part to mislead a person, that too during office hours. I was totally disturbed and criticised them loudly saying this was rediculous and you should understand the pain I had in travelling all the way and finding the office. In Another guy from insde came and said you should not make sound and better get out. I reacted and he was not ready to say even sorry but instead asked me to get out and said the card will not be delivered in person. I said it was you who said that I can collect it on production of ID card and now you say I had gone wrong. He banged the door behind me and was saying "vivaramillatha oororruthar vannu keerum" (meaning I am a fool to enter their office)

I DEMAND THAT BOTH THE PERSON WHO SAID THIS AND THE MAN WHO ATTENTED MY CALL AND INVITED ME TO YOUR OFFICE SHOULD SAY SORRY AND APOLIGISE TO ME FOR THIER IRRESPONSIBLE ATTITUDE AND ABUSING ME.

I shall be compelled to resort to serious means of redressal if your good office would not respond positively to my greivances.
