I have savings account with axis bank. Acc no. 108010100231749.Last month I transferred some amount from my abn amro account to this account. When I checked online, i saw deduction of Rs.1050 as consolidated charges. when I talked with customer care they didnt had details regarding this. When I searched on internet like this cases, I found number of complaints like this.
How come they can deduct so big amount without customer consent and prior notice. This is disgusting.
No customer will ever trust this bank, if they keep on doing like this.
