Deducted Funds not reverted from past 6 months

Funds were deducted from my account inspite of transaction failing. I tried widrawing funds from an ICICI Bank ATM using my Axis Bank Gold Debit Card. The transaction failed with a message "Your request could not be processed". Later when I went through my transaction records I found Rs. - deducted from my account. After revieving it closely I found out that the said amount was deducted from my Axis Bank acount when actually that transaction had failed. This transaction took place on 29th September.

I submitted a written application to Worli Branch Manager for the same and was given an assurance that the said amount would be reverted to my account within 30 working days. Since then I have made atleast 10 visits to the said branch and no one there has the slightest clue as to why it is getting delayed. More than six months have passed since then with 10 visits and two written applications.

Everytime I am given an assurance that the they have forwarded my request and said amount would be reverted in a few working days, but nothing ever happens. Please look into my request as I am quite frustrated by these visits now.

Each time I have to take a few hours off from my job to visit their branch. It brings a lot of agony and frustration with each visit which in turn affects my work as well.
