Denial of Credit Card Application without stating any reason

Dear Sir/Madam,

In the the month of July I put an inquiry online on Axis Bank website and I got a mail that they will send somebody to me for the further paper work but after repeated mails nobody came then I personally went to the bank and filled the form given by its sales representative (Mr. Kiran) of its Gajuwaka Branch, Visakhapatnam in the end of August. After 10 days I got a SMS that my application no. 1947184 has been declined. From that day I am trying to call that representative but he not picking up the phone and the bank is also not replying that on which grounds they have rejected by application when I am fulfilling all the terms and conditions as stated by them while filling the form. i want to know what step i should take next.
