Poor services and mental harrasement by AXIS Bank

I wanto register my complain against the AXIS BANK Noida's Sector 16 Branch. The bank has delivered its poorest of the services along with the mental harrasement. I lost my ATM on 23rd August and blocked the same on 24th Aug.'09. I have applied for a new ATM on 24th August i.e. Monday the very next day. Till now, neither i received my ATM card, nor any call from the bank. I have contacted the bank authorities many time, They promised me that i'll get it with in first 8 days, when i contacted them after 10 days then they started disconneccting my calls, I have the name of two employees TUMPA and ANUP (9871744166 and 9871840357). It has been 25 days now and i have not got my ATM. Everytime i have to walk uopto the nearest branch for taking money, whichis 10 KM from my home and sometimes they verify my signatures as if i am a theif or something. Its a mental Torture. Even the bank authorities has never listened to my problem. Today in the afternoon i called them at 0120-4279586, 9871744166 and 9871840357. They disconnected my call after Hearning my name. I want to lodge this complaint not against the bank only, but also on the Employees for not doing their Jobs properly.
